The Hi Jolly Monument is a grave marker in the Hi Jolly Cemetery at Quartzsite, Arizona, roughly halfway between Phoenix and Los Angeles. It marks the grave of Hi Jolly, born Hadji Ali, a Syrian-born camel driver brought to the United States in 1856 to drive camels for the US Cavalry. The attempt by the army to use camels in the south-west was unsuccessful. The monument was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
