How destinations are assigned

Attractions are grouped by the destination a visitor would use to reach them, which is not always the municipality that legally contains them. Antelope Canyon sits on Navajo Nation land outside the Page city limits and is listed under Page, because that is where its visitors stay, park and book tours.
