Lynx Lake is a 55-acre reservoir within the Prescott National Forest, about 5 miles east of Prescott, Arizona, in the Bradshaw Mountains. It lies at an elevation of 5,530 feet and is stocked for fishing. The lake was formed in 1963, when Arizona Game and Fish completed a dam on Lynx Creek 6 miles below Walker. Ponderosa pine forest surrounds it, and the surrounding area is used for trout fishing, boating, hiking, horse riding and bird watching; archaeological sites lie nearby.
