Desert Diamond Arena

Desert Diamond Arena is an indoor entertainment arena in Glendale, Arizona, about 12.5 miles north-west of downtown Phoenix, anchoring the 223-acre Westgate Entertainment District. It was built east of Arizona Loop 101 at a cost of $220 million, is owned by the City of Glendale and is managed by ASM Global. Seating capacity is 17,125 for ice hockey, 18,300 for basketball and about 19,000 for concerts, with 3,075 club seats and 87 luxury suites. It was home to the Arizona Coyotes of the National Hockey League from 2003 to 2022 and has been home to the Arizona Rattlers of the Indoor Football League since 2024; it otherwise hosts concerts and other entertainment through the year. It opened as Glendale Arena and was later named Jobing.com Arena and then Gila River Arena.
