The Arizona Renaissance Festival is a Renaissance fair and themed amusement park at Gold Canyon, Arizona, east of the Phoenix metropolitan area in Pinal County. It was first run in 1989 and is held from mid-winter to early spring, a season chosen for the mild weather. The grounds are laid out as a fictional village named Fairhaven, and the programme runs across several stages of live entertainment and includes a meal billed as the Pleasure Feast.
